A Cry For Help.

I'm really struggling at the moment. I have so many ideas flooding my brain and no opportunity to write them down. This is because having a 7 month old baby that can crawl and climb is keeping me very busy. I am on my own with him for the whole day and by the time it is bedtime he is screaming all night due to teething.

Any parents out there can tell me how to do both? I am desperate to express myself fully. I love being a mum but I miss the space to think and write.

  1. yikes! i remember what that was like. but not well enough to remember what i did to stay sane, heee heee heee. but be assured of one thing. they all grow up!

  2. Its hard when there are so many demands and creativity takes a back seat, there are no answers some people find a way, some dont. I found sacrificing tv hour in the evening while my peers caught up on the lives of fictional soap characters...after cooking the evening meal...before putting the kids to bed. Its easier when there is the routine that comes with older children. Just keep a note book to hand and scribble as and when you can grab a minute...I promise it gets easier!

  3. Thanks so much. I will just ride the storm, enjoy the moment and keep my book at hand till he is in a routine.

  4. Umm, I cannot relate to this. But, try carrying a notepad with you or a voice recorder to register the details/keywords so that you can use them to express yourself via a poem/song/prose.

  5. Mine are to old to bug me besides i tell them I will blog about them if they bug me.
And I do HA HA HA

You grab the moments you have when you can.
You will learn to juggle better than a circus act
